Operation and Processing Precautions

The following precautions are from the operation manual of the Vertical CNC three-axis ZSK-4150X4.

· Read operation manual and accompanying documents before operating.

· Power supply: three-phase four-wire, 7KW capacity, insulated wire cross-section not less than 4mm² (copper).

· Do not install near heat source, high temperature or dusty areas.

· Add oil to oil mark line before first use after unpacking.

· Cooling pump cannot run without liquid.

· Do not share power box with electric welding machines or high/medium frequency equipment.

· Ground wire must be connected to standard. Cross-section not less than 2.5mm².

· After power on, use test pen to check outside of machine is not electrified before test run.

· Start oil pump motor according to manual. Observe if oil pump is reversed.

· Proximity switches have been adjusted and fixed. Small adjustments allowed. Major changes consult after-sales service.

· Inverter parameters set before factory. User not allowed to set separately.

· Do not press "manual" button quickly and frequently to avoid inverter alarm.

· When replacing tool or adjusting drive belt, switch off external power supply.

· Yellow-green grounding terminal must be grounded. Do not connect phase line to neutral terminal (N).

· Do not select overload operation. Use appropriate tools, cutting amount, feed rate.

· Lock switch on electrical control box. Turn off power and lock during maintenance inspection.
