5. The Hust CNC system allows for setting the appropriate feed speed as needed. After prolonged use, the lead screw may wear, and the system itself has a tool compensation function.

6. All moving sliding surfaces use a centralized automatic lubrication device to ensure the service life of the machine tool.

7. The slide table movement is driven by a servo motor, allowing for digital setting of multiple coordinates, resulting in high positioning accuracy, low vibration, and fast response speed.

8. During processing, the workpiece processing status is displayed on the touchscreen, and there is an alarm function in case of malfunction.

Installation Instruction

1.  The installation of the platform shall be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.1 of GB/T17421.1-1998. Place the workbench in the middle of the stroke, and place a level in the center of the workbench. The reading of the level in both the vertical and horizontal directions shall not exceed 0.04/1000mm.

2. The main power cord must not be less than 4mm². After the wiring is completed, please check whether the wiring is correct and whether the wiring terminals are tightened.

3.  The installation of the Vertical 4 Spindle CNC Compound Machine should be grounded as required, the resistance of the machine to ground should be less than 4 ohms, and the diameter of the grounding wire should be greater than 2.5mm².
